At PANGAIA, we aim to ensure our earth-friendly products meet your expectations, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our return process is designed to be as sustainable and efficient as possible to minimize our collective carbon footprint.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
